Construction:
We have an experienced project execution team, having completed/executing in excess on grid/off grid projects, and we are continuously deploying automation techniques in execution for faster project execution. We undertake various processes such as site assessment, system design and approval, installation, interconnection and finally commissioning for seamless delivery of power from the project to the interconnection point of power evacuation. With the use of our project management platform, we have been able to create plans and monitor their execution efficiently. The mobile application forming part of our project management platform allows our resources on remote sites to upload their project progress and provide us real time project progress. Our team of highly experienced project and construction managers makes sure that each project meets its deadlines and does not exceed the budgets agreed. Project managers keep the stakeholders up to date, provide weekly briefings, and address further actions to be taken in the project implementation process
Procurement:
We have a network of vendors and suppliers spread across India and abroad. Our supply chain team manages the supply of the entire EPC package including inverters, transformers, module mounting structure, plant monitoring systems which is required for turnkey installation of projects
Technical supervision:
All stages of the project are supervised by experienced engineers who keep track of each phase of the project implementation and ensure that your subcontractor delivers the project in line with the contract specifications
As-Built-Documentation:
All documentation is continuously updated throughout the process of project development to reflect all changes or improvements made. UE Solar team assures that all information regarding the project is available to the client at any moment.
Quality Assurance:
Our quality management system entails rigorous testing and quality assurance processes, and continuous quality improvement. During the construction, project managers and engineers keep track of all activities, logistics, and installed equipment to ensure that provided work, installed components, and other auxiliary equipment are up to par with the strictest quality standards.
HSE Management:
USE Solar team adopts the HSE (health, safety, and environment) management in each construction site. Comprehensive RAMS (Risk Assessment Method Statement) and regular inspections significantly reduce the probability of HSE incidents throughout any stage of the solar project execution
